After many years of pioneering the consumer VPN market Spotflux will unfortunately be shutting down its operations by August 31, 2017. Existing customers will be issued pro-rata refunds for Annual subscriptions purchased via Paypal, Stripe, or Google Play to the extent that the payment provider supports it. If you are an annual subscription holder with remaining days on your subscription you do not need to do anything further as the refund will be processed automatically. Please allow up to 90 days for these refunds to be reflected on your respective accounts. If after 90 days you still have not received your refund, please contact our support desk at http://support.spotflux.com with a copy of your purchase receipt. Our monthly subscribers will be able to finish their current month's subscription and you will no longer be charged for subsequent months.
